Dr. Hanno Evard
Hanno Evard received his PhD at University of Tartu in 2016. The topic of his dissertation was estimation of limit of detection with mass spectrometric methods. The research article based on the dissertation received the Best Paper Award for 2016 from Cooperation on International Traceability in Analytical Chemistry (CITAC). Afterwards Hanno spent 1 year in University of Helsinki working on hyphenation of microfluidics with mass spectrometry. Now he is a postdoctoral researcher at University of Tartu focusing on application of microfluidics, based on paper and other porous materials, to solve problems in analytical chemistry.
