Deadline for abstract submission is 15 February 2019.
Authors will be notified of the reviewers’ decision by 15 March 2018.
Authors submitting an abstract must register for the conference by the early closing date of 31 March 2019.

In order to present, the presenting author of each lecture and poster must be registered as a conference attendee (not as booth staff) and must complete the registration process by paying the participation fee to confirm intent to attend and present at the workshop.

It should be noted that all papers are accepted based on the understanding that at least one of the authors will personally attend the workshop as a conferee to present their work. In addition, by submitting the abstract you accept that the abstract will be part of the abstract book of the workshop. The choice of oral presentations will be based on the abstracts and if the abstract is not chosen for oral presentation, a poster presentation is available.
Once the abstract is submitted online, you will receive an email confirmation that the abstract has been successfully received. If you do not receive a confirmation, then we did not receive your abstract (or you misspelled your e-mail address).
