After 1st April 2019: no refunds will be offered, however replacements can be made on request.

Please note that the Working Groups meeting is open to Working Group members only. All bookings will be checked against the current membership list. Registration includes attendance at the Working Groups on Wednesday 22nd May as well as coffee breaks and lunch. Before 1st January 2019: full refund (20 Eur processing fee).
